Economic advantages
Living in this area is relatively inexpensive because you can live comfortably with a pension of up to $1,300. If you want to pay the rent of an apartment you can get it for $400 or $500 dollars per month, the other expenses are relatively low such as food, water, electricity, telephone and cable TV.
Any pensioner who enjoys a higher pension will obviously have a much better quality of life, especially if they are a married couple where both have pensions.
